Question:
Ok my question is … what is the ruling on keeping action figures, like for example , an action figure of an anime character like Naruto ? & if it’s impermissible what do I do with the toy ? Give it to a kid ? Hide it in my drawers ?

Answer:
In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.

Action figures fall within the purview of prohibited tasweer. Rasulullaah ﷺ said,

لاَ تَدْخُلُ الْمَلاَئِكَةُ بَيْتًا فِيهِ تَمَاثِيلُ وَلاَ تَصَاوِيرُ
“Angels do not enter a house wherein there are statues or pictures.” [Bukhaari 5949]

In the enquired situation, you should dispose the action figures. You should not give it to others.
