Question:
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

If an amusement park doesn’t allow you to sit in the outdoor rides with any abaya and niqab due to their safety protocols even after forcing them . Is there any possible way to enjoy in such places adhering to the laws of pardah ?

Answer:
In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.

How can a Muslim even think of violating the laws of Shari’ah for mere “amusement”? It will not be permissible under any circumstances to violate the laws of Shari’ah, such as that of hijaab, to “enjoy” at an amusement park. This life is not for amusement, not to mention that there are enough halaal-friendly amusement options. You may go to them instead while you maintain your values and principles.
