Question:
Aslamoalaikum mufti shab ,i want to ask for my friend’s younger sister she has a birthmark on her face that has hair growth on it , hairs are very hard and its need to be removed on weekly basis
She has no issue with the pigmentation,she is only worried about hair growth on it and she is also getting married very soon in sha Allah
We have consulted a doctor for this she advised surgical excision of birthmark ,as non surgical options like laser is not successful on birthmarks
Kindly guide us regarding Islamic point of view in this situation i m also attaching pic with this jazakallah khair for your time

We take note of the details of your query and the attached picture. May Allaah Ta’aala grant her happiness and couple her with a compatible spouse. In the enquired situation, she will be excused to have the birthmark surgically removed.
