Dream question

Fatwaa ID: 1800

Question:
Assalamualaikum, I really need help with something. I had a bad dream and now I’m concerned and really scared. I saw that my bottom two teeth (central incisors) fell out. And I felt really weak.

I was in the bathroom looking at the mirror. I think I was taking my bottom Invisalign out and then I saw one of my teeth were missing. It was behind my gums, I take it out and shortly after the other one cracked and fell out halfway first and then the bottom half came out too and If I remember correctly I let it fall in my hand it wasn’t in the sink or on the floor or anything

and also idk if this is necessary but there was a guest at our house (someone I know from childhood) and I got out of the bathroom and she was like putting on her purse and getting ready to leave and I go up to her and Im like u know what just happened! and she starts talking about her own problems lol so I just stayed quiet and listened as she was walking out the room and I didn’t tell her about my teeth

Her name is ziagul. she’s Pathan and speaks Pashto and Urdu . but in my dream she looked nothing like how she looks in real life.

And just last night I had a dream that my 8 year old brother fell and broke 4 teeth in madarsa

Answer:
In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.

May Allaah Ta’aala keep you and your family with khayr and ‘aafiyah.

We do not provide the service of interpreting dreams. You may refer to an experienced oneirocritic if you wish. However, understand that a dream does not always have a meaning. Likewise, any interpretation provided is suggestive and not definitive. Do not make dreams the focus of your thought and worries. Place your trust upon Allaah Ta’aala and carry on with your life.

Dreams are of the three types: the good ones from Allaah Ta’aala, the evil ones from Shaitaan and those which are expositions of one’s thoughts from throughout the day. If one sees a good dream, one should praise Allaah Ta’aala and pray that it comes to fruition. If one sees a bad dream, he should seek refuge from Allaah Ta’aala.

And Allaah Ta’aala knows best.
