Question:
Assalamalikum mufti
Is it true that if a women is pregnant whatever dua she makes allah accepts it?

Answer:
In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.

I was unable to find any hadith suggesting that du’aas of a pregnant woman are all accepted. However, it is an established fact that the du’aas of one going through difficulty or distress are more likely to be accepted.

And Allaah Ta’aala knows best.
