Clarification: Husband is late
2 of her son’s that’s living is Muslim

Answer:
In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.

May Allaah Ta’aala elevate the status of the deceased mother and father and grant the bereaving family sabr jameel.

We have been advised that the deceased is survived by two Muslim sons, three Christian daughters and four grandchildren from a late son. Accordingly, after funeral expenses, debts and bequests, the estate, which is inclusive of ALL of the deceased’s belongings irrespective of how insignificant such as clothing, beauty and hygiene products, etc., will be divided into 2 shares: half to the one son and the other half to the other son. The Christian daughters, may Allaah Ta’aala guide them back to Islam, will not receive any shares from their Muslim mother’s estate. Likewise, the grandchildren in question would not receive any shares.

And Allaah Ta’aala knows best.
