Question:
Salams Muft Saheb , Is it okay for the general public to listen to Javed Ahmad Ghamidi? Is he reliable? if not please could you give us some guidance. Many Thanks Jazakallah Khair

Answer:
In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.

Javed Ghamidi is a zindeeq kaafir as he holds beliefs and values contrary to Islam. He rejects Hadith. He has made up his own religion under the guise of Islam. It is not permissible to take Deen from him. You should not listen to him or read his works. A person is often affected by what he reads or hears. Listen and read the works of reputable scholars.

And Allaah Ta’aala knows best.
