Jinns will attract if you move bones

Fatwaa ID: 652

Question:
Asalaamualykum

We ate sheep’s feet and the bones my mum threw the bones In our garden, we told her jinns eat from them and she wants to pick them up and throw them in the bin, but the jinns could attract her if she moves them now.
Is there any way or time she can pick them up?

Jzk

Answer:
In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.

Humans, and more specifically Muslims, strengthened by their faith in Allaah Ta’aala. Muslims should not be afraid of jinns. Jinns are a vulnerable creation. In the enquired situation, you may remove the bones if you wish. This will not attract the jinns. If you wish to keep the bones there as well, you may do that. There is no restriction.
A Muslim should recite Ayatul Kursi and the Quls after every salaah and have full conviction that Allaah Ta’aala will protect him. This is the demand of our faith. Nothing can harm us except with the will of Allaah Ta’aala.

And Allaah Ta’aala knows best.
