Question:
Assalaamualaikum. If a person has a share e uzr and needs to do wudhu for every salah. He is not able to lead regular salah. However, can that person lead the salaatul janazah salah?

Answer:
In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.

A ma’dhoor should not lead Janaazah Salaah.

And Allaah Ta’aala knows best.

ﺃﻣﺎ ﺻﻼﺓ اﻟﺠﻨﺎﺯﺓ ﻓﺈﻥ ﺳﺒﺒﻬﺎ ﺣﻀﻮﺭﻫﺎ ﻭﻫﻮ ﻣﻮﺟﻮﺩ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺑﻠﻮﻏﻪ ﻓﺄﻣﻜﻦ ﻭﻗﻮﻋﻬﺎ ﻓﺮﺿﺎ ﻣﻨﻪ ﺗﺄﻣﻞ، ﻭﻫﺬا ﻛﻠﻪ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻻ ﻳﺸﺘﺮﻁ ﻓﻴﻪ اﻟﺒﻠﻮﻍ، ﻓﻼ ﻳﺮﺩ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻟﻮ ﺣﺞ ﻳﻠﺰﻣﻪ اﻟﺤﺞ ﺛﺎﻧﻴﺎ ﺑﻌﺪ اﻟﺒﻠﻮﻍ ﻷﻥ ﺣﺠﺔ اﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺮﻃﻬﺎ اﻟﺒﻠﻮﻍ ﻭاﻟﺤﺮﻳﺔ، ﺑﺨﻼﻑ اﻟﺤﺞ اﻟﻨﻔﻞ: ﻭﻣﻦ ﻫﺬا ﻳﻈﻬﺮ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻻ ﺗﺼﺢ ﺇﻣﺎﻣﺘﻪ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺠﻨﺎﺯﺓ ﺃﻳﻀﺎ ﻭﺇﻥ ﻗﻠﻨﺎ ﺑﺼﺤﺔ ﺻﻼﺗﻪ ﻭﺳﻘﻮﻁ اﻟﻮاﺟﺐ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻋﻦ اﻟﻤﻜﻠﻔﻴﻦ ﻷﻥ اﻹﻣﺎﻣﺔ ﻟﻠﺒﺎﻟﻐﻴﻦ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺮﻭﻁ ﺻﺤﺘﻬﺎ اﻟﺒﻠﻮﻍ، ﻫﺬا ﻣﺎ ﻇﻬﺮ ﻟﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻘﺮﻳﺮ ﻫﺬا اﻟﻤﺤﻞ، ﻓﺎﻏﺘﻨﻤﻪ ﻓﺈﻧﻚ ﻻ ﺗﻈﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻓﻲ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻫﺬا اﻟﻜﺘﺎﺏ، ﻭاﻟﺤﻤﺪ ﻟﻠﻪ اﻟﻤﻠﻚ اﻟﻮﻫﺎ
