Assalamoalaikum… Are the following person mahram?…
1: step great grandmother
2: Grandparents siblings
3: Mother’s milk brother
4: Mother in law’s great grandmother
In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.
- A step great grandmother, i.e., the biological great grandfather’s wife, is a mahram.
- Biological siblings of one’s biological grandparents are mahrams.
- The mother’s milk brother is a mahram.
- One’s mother-in-law’s biological great grandmother is a mahram.
And Allaah Ta’aala knows best.
