Question:
Assalamu alaikum
If a person while laying and cuddling with his wife, mistakenly quarter of the tip of his ذكر enters his wifes فرج
Will the fast break and will kaffarah be necessary
Answer:
In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.
At the outset, the couple in reference is blameworthy for cuddling without clothing whilst fasting. One of the goals of fasting is to curb one’s desires. Sincere tawbah and istighfaar must be made. Nevertheless, the fast will be invalidated and kaffaarah along with qadhaa will be necessary if the complete tip of the penis enters the vagina. The tip is until and including the place where circumcision is done. Accordingly, in the enquired situation where a quarter of the tip entered, the fast will remain valid. Kaffaarah will not be necessary nor qadhaa.
