Answer:
In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.

It is not permissible for a woman to have anything touching the face while in the state of ihraam. A niqaab must be worn with a cap or something similar which will prevent it from touching the face. Many sun visor hats also suffice as niqaab. We have observed numbers 1, 2, 3 and 5 from the tinted face shields you have enquired about. They will be sufficient as niqaab for ihraam. According to our understanding, they do not touch the face. However, you must ensure that they are opaque, such that face cannot be seen easily. If the face can be seen, then that defeats the purpose. The others links (4, 6 and 7) did not open.

Hereunder is a guideline regarding the penalty if the niqaab or visor touches the face. If a woman covers and thereby touches one-fourth or more of her face while in the state of ihraam for a complete day or a complete night, then it will be necessary for her to give dam, i.e. slaughter one goat or sheep in the Haram. If it touches one-fourth or more of her face in ihraam for lesser than a day or lesser than a night, then she will have to give sadaqah, i.e. about 1.6 kg/3.52 lbs of wheat or its equivalent value. This is approximately 13 riyals. Istighfaar should be made in all cases.

And Allaah Ta’aala knows best.
