Question:
Assalamualaikum

Respected mufti saab..

can we pray namaaz after dissecting bodies cuz the smell sticks to our clothes and were touching the dead body and is the embalming fluid impure?

Answer:
In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.

At the outset, it is not clear what the purpose in the enquired situation is for dissecting. It is not permissible to dissect the body of a human being unless there is a genuine need. Nevertheless, as long as there is no impurity on your body or clothes from the dissecting, you may perform salaah with those clothing on. As far as the embalming fluid is concerned, it depends on its ingredients.
