Brother in Islaam,
You have not adequately stated your query. Perhaps you enquire regarding the Shari’ah compliancy of the QNet[1] investment scheme. You have further attached screenshots of a Fatwaa of Azhar Shareef which outlines the conditions of a valid sale.
QNet is a multi-level marketing scheme which works with the binary option model, which is based upon uncertain future events (gharar) and gambling. Hence, it is impermissible to join this investment scheme[2].
