Rainbow lanyard

If a workplace makes it mandatory for every staff member to wear a rainbow coloured lanyard to show support for the lgbt cause, what should a Muslim do?

In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.

It will not be permissible for a Muslim to wear an lgbt rainbow colored lanyard in support of their immoral degenerate cause. A Muslim working in such a place should reach out to the HR and/or take legal actions. This is a violation of one’s religious freedom. The employer may not mandate or enforce such on their employees. The more you submit and given in to their whims, the more they will enforce things. A Muslim must remain firm on his values and beliefs.
