Question:
Assalamu Alaikum Wa RahmatuAllahi Wa Barakatuhu

What’s the ruling on reading the end of a surah then reading the beginning , specifically surah al kahf on Fridays if I walk into a gathering and they are reading the end of it then I read it with them and finish the beginning on my own

Answer:
In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.

The above is permissible.

And Allaah Ta’aala knows best.
