Question:
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

Is there any problem with going to the toilet during azaan?

Answer:

In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.

The adhaan is a celebrated rite of Islam. The more honor and reverence one shows towards it, the greater is the manifestation of his taqwaa. Furthermore, we are advised to repeat after the adhaan and make du’aa thereafter. This will not be possible if one is reliving himself. Thus, it is advisable for him to go relieve himself after the adhaan. However, if he has to go badly, then there is no reproach on him.

And Allaah Ta’aala knows best.
