Slms .hoping all are well
A muslim has a baking accessories shop and half or more than half of there clients are non muslims.amongst the accessories sold are toppers which are placed on cakes, some of the toppers which they sell have happy birthday and anniversary written on them .What would be your guidance on that because for some of the bakers(customers) its like a must to have those toppings and they would like to have one stop shop in which they find everything .
In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.
We take note of the details of your query. May Allaah Ta’aala place barakah in your business. It will be permissible, albeit unadvisable according to some scholars, to sell the accessories in question. The income therefrom will be halaal.
And Allaah Ta’aala knows best.
