Selling something purchased on credit

Assalaamualaikum w w regarding this if i get it on credit for reselling than pay when sold will this b permissible
Or if i know i can get a product at a shop n get the good on credit sell it than pay the owner will this also b permissible?

In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.

As long as the ownership and possession of the items, along with all their rights and claims, are transferred to you, it will be permissible for you to sell it to someone else even if you had purchased them on credit and are still in the process of paying them off. If ownership and/or possession is not yet transferred, then such a sales will not be permissible.
