As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.
The adhaan is a hallmark of Islam. When the adhaan is being called, one should stop all actions and repeat after the muadhdhin. As far the narration you have quoted above, it is a fabrication. It is not permissible to share the above poster with others.
And Allaah Ta’aala knows best.
