Question:
asalamualaikum wrwb

can a person do a 2nd umrah without getting out of state of ihram after the first umrah?

Answer:
In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.

No, you cannot perform two ‘umrahs with one ihraam state. You must complete one ‘umrah and exit the state of ihraam first by shaving or trimming the hair before reentering into the state of ihraam to perform a second ‘umrah. You will be renter from the designated places.
