Answer:
In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.

It is clear from your queey that you are suffering from waswasah. Waswasah is from the shaytaan. Ignore it completely. The more you entertain these thoughts and doubts, the harder it will become for you, as apparent in your situation. When you entertain these doubts, you give the shaytaan the upper hand.

Firstly, it is not clear why you shower every morning because of urine drops. There is no need to shower for that. If there are urine drops that have touched your body, simply wash that portion only. Do not wash anything else. Do not doubt that urine has touched other places unless you actually see it.

Secondly, the splashes you refer to are taahir/pure. If the splashes of your ghusl touch you, it is okay
You will still remain pure. You do not need to wash that off. Refrain from unnecessary doubts. It will only make your life difficult.

And Allaah Ta’aala knows best.
