Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu, if a person wants To stop doing bad bad sins and he Says
I do not want to mention exactly what sins it is
(for example that person says ) “if I do that sin like I use My hands and that Fluid comes out Wallahi I am going to pray 20 rakah Nafl Salah”
and also that person he said
“if I visit that website that Starts With the letter P Wallahi I am going to Pray 20 rakah Nafl Salah”
that person before saying these Oaths he said Other oaths Saying (for example ) Like if I do that sin like I use My hands to do that thing and that Fluid comes out and that person said In the oath He said if I do this sin Before That Day of the week (maybe Tuesday or Some day of the week he said) he said that I will pray this number Amount of Nafl Salah but I am not Sure about the actual exact amount of Nafl Salah he Said he will pray but it is a large number (in this oath he even Said Wallahi) (like he will pray the Nafl Salah)
also that person said an oath saying that if I visit That Website that starts with a p (before Tuesday or some day he said ) he said I will pray Some Amount of Nafl salah but it was a large number
FYI he Said the oaths some day in March
now we are in May
now the Questions are that, that person he Broke the oaths all of them( he visited that website that starts with a P and he did that sin) and after breaking them he still did the sin and visited that website that starts with the letter P
he did it many many many times but did not Pray the Amount of Nafl salah he Needs to Pray
he also Has not done Kaffarah
(should he do Kaffarah)
that person does not know
He is not sure If he does the sin again and visits that website again (in the future)should he still pray Nafl Salah or no
now sometimes that Person is sometimes doing a calculation of how many Rakat Of Nafl Salah should he pray he is Thinking to pray More than 1000 Rakat of Nafl Salah like he has to Pray a lot of Nafl Salah he wants to pray A lot of Nafl Salah because he has done that sin many times after saying the oaths and he has visited that website many times that starts with the letter p he has visited that website that starts with a P many times after saying the oaths
he is thinking should he just pray the Nafl Salah even tho he Needs to pray more than 1000 Rakat Nafl salah
or what should he Do since Already he said the oaths in March and he Broke the oaths he said
What he do? Should he pray The Nafl Salah or Does he have to do Kaffarah
also Another question is
if that Person visited and Visits A website that starts with The Letter P but it was not the same website he meant while saying the oath
what is the Ruling ? Please tell
also Another question is that
I am telling you all mufti Saabs In the text chat box message thing like the Oaths that that person he said and that person also said Wallahi
but what about if I said some thing wrong by mistake ? Will I be sinful? Because I know We should take it seriously when saying Wallahi
that person wants to become a better person inn sha Allah
Alhamdulillah Of course we all know that only Allah SWT can help us Subhanallah Alhamdulillah Allahu Akbar
But that person he wants some tips about how to get rid of Masturbation and Pornography sometimes that person he is able to Not do those bad stuff for some days but then Fails
Please make dua For that Person
also I would really appreciate to get an Answer ASAP
Please keep my Question and email not viewable for the public inn sha Allah
In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.
We take note of the details of your query. May Allaah Ta’aala make it easy for you to overcome your difficulties. May He inspire you to do actions that will bring you closer to Him.
We note that there is a lot of repeated or similar scenarios in your query. The principle is as follows: if you make a vow and go contrary to that, then you will have to do as you have vowed. If there are multiple oaths/vows of similar nature or regarding the same thing, then you must fulfill it for each vow individually.
Unless stated otherwise, a vow/oath will be for one action. It will not be recurring unless words such as “every time” are used in the oath/vow.
When the name of Allaah Ta’aala is taken, it must be honored. It is not something light. You must understand the gravity of it and fulfill your vows. You must be precise with your words as well.
Whe making a vow, you should not be foolish, especially if you know that you are weak and incapable. A vow should be made in accordance to your abilities.
A vow will be as stated. “That website” indicates towards a specific website. Hence, the vow will only be applicable to that.
Dear brother, the first step is to identify the problem and you have done that. Alhamdulillaah. The next step is to seek solutions.
- Keep your gaze lowered. Refrain from things that increase your urges.
- Opt for fasting regularly for a period of days to lower your urges and desires.
- Build and strengthen your connection with Allaah Ta’aala. Allocate some time daily for the recitation of the Qur’aan and studying its meaning. Likewise, allocate some time for dhikr daily.
- Always keep yourself busy with something beneficial. An idle mind is a devil’s workshop.
- Stay in the company of those who remind you of Allaah Ta’aala.
- Pray two rak’ahs nafl daily and ask Allaah Ta’aala to assist you and remove this difficulty from you.
- Seek appropriate counseling, if needed.
